I'll have to have a look. I know Equafleece do doggie t-shirts. I was thinking just a cheap kids T-shirt from somewhere like the local supermarket Though did consider the Equafleeces t-shirt for my dogs regarding allergies or as a cooling coat i.e soak it down before a walk but have not got around to ordering one, was then looking at you know whose cool coat last year! oops off topic there!! You might have to check that the back of it would reach far enough down the back for Alfie.

I wouldn't bother buying an equafleece t shirt as it wouldn't be worth the money for how much its used! I'm sure it would be easy enough to make something or adapt a kids one

Get him a baby grow! I'm laughing because he'd look hilarious but I do actually think it'd be a good idea haha, I'm sure you would find one about his size then you can just cut it to fit.

Poor Alfie, that is a big cut! We were surprised with the size of Tilly's cut when she had her lump removed. We used a normal polo shirt on Tilly. She wasn't fussed by it, though when it was first put on her, she wasn't talking to anyone!
