I second this! I've also heard good things from other dog owners.

A lady I know took her golden retriever about a decade ago. He developed a complicated eye disease in his right eye and she went to several different vets in the North East and they all advised her it was inevitable he was going to lose his sight and it was best to remove the eye. She took him to the AHT as a last resort and they saved his eye and he never had any further problems.

Sadly he died aged 11 from cancer last year, but he had a happy life.

Fairly good night actually. He had a few leaky poo incidents (TMI sorry!) and same again this morning but about from that he has seemed fairly ok. He's super tired and has just been sleeping but I guess that's no bad thing. He's eaten few pieces of food last night & this morning, no sickness since he's been home. Off to vets so update more when in work after.

Sorry been so busy at work (good thing!) so didn't get chance to update... he's been in vets all day today, collecting at 6.15 and will see what the plan is then. I haven't heard from them all day so I presume he's been OK as they'd have called if any problems.... just waiting around to get him now as not worth going home before I do. Let you know this eve xx
