I decided to have a day off getting dressed today π€ Weather been on and off all day. I was in work first thing, then went to in laws for a bit, finished off with a few drinks in the pub, and a take away. Hope you enjoyed your PJ day. Fingers crossed it's not RA, I sometimes get pain in my hands and I use Voltarol. I know it's says for back pain, but it also works on my hands, knee and hip joints too

I decided to have a day off getting dressed today π€ Was a bit windy this morning when I took Izzy out for a walk. We were 10 minutes from home when the heavens opened and I got soaked in less than 5 seconds. Thankfully my dad took the 3 oldies out while I was out with Izzy so I didn't have to go back out soaking wet! Sun came out this afternoon and it was much more pleasant. Chilly now though, compared to recent temperatures.

Sounds like I fell lucky with weather π¦οΈ it started off a little dull but stayed dry . I only had a cotton long sleeved top on no jacket, it was still quite warm , I left my water proof jacket in the car but I didnβt need it. We just landed home when it chucked it down. Pyjama day will have done you good scallywag. Have you tried some joint supplements, it might help , hubby swears by the glucosamine.

I use Voltarol for my arthritis scallywag. It helps for a bit. I recently bought some Magnesium oil and found that's quite good.

I' m still being good on my diet after my doctor told me I am prediabetic just over 6 weeks ago. I finally weighed myself yesterday and I have lost 9 pounds. Slowly but surely!

Hows the training coming along ? any more photos orpheous87 We haven't started formal training yet, signed up to a course starting on the 7th, though which I'm looking forward to. She's been to two mantrailing sessions, which she did really well at. I'm hoping to get her to more of those. She's certainly settling down a bit now, although she still has her moments of madness. They tend to happen at the same time every night, so before we get to that time she's been going into her crate for an half an hour or so and that's worked quite well. And a regular bedtime is helping too, since sleep is important! I have got some photos which I'll share in a bit!

Are you following a particular diet or just being careful what you eat lotsofcats? I should really lose weight as it would be good for my knees but the knees are the cause of inactivity (I was told by the GP's physiotherapist I saw in December that dancing not just line dancing, which I enjoyed once or twice a week was not good for my knees, plus can no longer use Voltarol due to interaction with other meds from January) which doesn't help me stop nibbling!!!!!
