I hope that thing change when you reception manager leaves, and they don't just expect you to do it all. The thing is, it's the same at our place too.  The more you do, the more they will expect you to do. |

The more you do, the more they will expect you to do. And the problem is cazypops if I don’t do it , it leaves your colleague on their own. The others just don’t care. i have said that I’m not doing anymore over time though, nobody helps me out 😡 |

It’s been another very stressful week 🥲, I was just about ready Monday for walking , it doesn’t look like our practice manager will be coming back .
So we have had a stand in manager this week and she wants to change all the rotas, she says that we only need one receptionist in an afternoon until 6 pm , she has left a form for all the receptionists to fill out stating if they had a choice what hours would they want to work ?
Roll on 6pm I’m not back in then until Wednesday afternoon, I made the receptionist manager aware that cover would be needed for next wed morning because I had worked the last 2 Wednesdays all day and I would not be doing next week.
She is going to speak with one of the others and swop their day off.😀

I hope you got your form in before you left, and also put her in the picture about you taking on more of the admin, and dropping some of your reception hours. Hope it all works out and makes your time at work better. |

Thanks Guys, it’s not good place to work at the moment, it’s just really stressful 😩
And to top things off we have fireworks 🎆 just when I could have done with a good nights sleep 😴

I have a doctors appointment at 4.30 today. I dont put nothing on as Im thinking its arthitis , using volterol on my back , its very flipping expensive £14 this time as I had to buy a bugger tube 100ml  |

Fingers crossed 🤞 scallywag have you taken any pain relief? Hope it doesn’t stop you from painting 🖼️ I know how much you enjoy it . had a lovely day at Collie Chaos , I was so proud of Elsa , so many other rough collies , I wasn’t sure how she would react . but she was really good 😊 she met so many collies and she got lots of fuss 🐶 Riley walked really well and enjoyed saying hello to all the other collies . They are both zonked out now 😴 |
