Had a lovely break although hubby was still unwell with his chest but seems to be recovering now. Thank you 🙏 scallywag my uncle passed away 2 years ago and I am the only niece that keeps in touch and she hasn’t seen any of my uncle’s family since the funeral. I’m not saying it’s easy because it’s a good hour and half travelling but it doesn’t take much to pick up the phone or send a message. |

This bloody perimenopause is totally doing my head in ☹️
My anxiety is so bad , I thought I might feel better once I was away from work but I just feel really panicky.
Hubby told me to speak with the gp and try and get something sorted whilst I’m off work this week.
I’m still waiting for a call 📞

I could cope with everything else it’s just the anxiety, I have never experienced anything like it ☹️
I received a message from the gp - they have booked me an appointment 1st October, I was really hoping to see someone this week whether it was to try a different hrt or up my dosage.

Had a lovely day in Newcastle yesterday visiting my Aunt 😀I think she really enjoyed seeing us ,especially Riley and Elsa who she had never seen before only pictures.
She cooked us a a meal for when we landed which I didn’t expect,I think she just enjoyed the company.

I'm going out to play today , i'm going out to play today  whoop whoop I get to talk to people in person  meeting up with O.H 2 Sisters for lunch . Really looking fwd to being in a different world

Back to work tomorrow, feeling really anxious and panicky, I just really don’t want to go 🥲a lot of things going off at work at the moment and not a great place to be. I’m on the look out again for another job , things are only going to get worse, but I need to find a job that is right for me. |

I’m on the look out again for another job , things are only going to get worse, but I need to find a job that is right for me.
Seriously I am not sure you should be taking on extra hours and responsibilities if you are still thinking of taking on the office managers job . HUGS |
