I think it will take him time to get over it completely but he is managing to be a little more active each day. He gets very tired very quickly but that s not a real problem as he can rest as much as he needs to. |

Had to laugh this morning. Went food shopping this morning with hubby, my daughter and her fiancé. They went off on their own and we met up with them after. My daughter was holding a bottle of Belvoir elderflower cordial. She said she had just been asked for ID to buy it, the woman on the checkout thought she was buying gin! My daughter is 40 in October!

Had to laugh this morning. Went food shopping this morning with hubby, my daughter and her fiancé. They went off on their own and we met up with them after. During lock down, I was asked for ID in B&Q when I was buying some Mentholated spirits for work. OH half was with me and he thought it was hilarious. I was 58 at the time. I was flattered, made my day. (I did have a facemask on to be fare) |

Well where did the weekend go , it’s gone in a blink of an eye ☹️
I had a very busy week last week , lots of overtime , 2 double shifts Wednesday and Thursday because the reception manager was on annual leave and once again nobody would help out .
The last 2 Wednesday’s I have worked 8-6 and yes I know I shouldn’t have but it would leave my colleague on her own 😡
The reception manager is back tomorrow and I will be having a chat with her about nobody helping out with overtime, it’s just not fair at all , I have been exhausted this weekend and my back is suffering sitting for 10 hours and I have had a slight migraine ☹️
There will be another Wednesday to cover the bank holiday week and I will not be covering it someone else will have to do it or I will be off sick again.
An advert has gone out for a receptionist 25 hours so we should be getting someone else soon .
I just can’t wait for my annual leave 9th September I’m off for 2 weeks.😴
