Pets I own: I'm Paige from South West England:) I have a pretty big furry family! We have three Dachshunds Cookie (my grandparents dog), Dasher and Poppit. We also own two Dobermans called Keke and Lexi and my chinese dwarf hamster called Stiles.

Thanks guys!  Everyone is so lovely and welcoming here! Hi gladys, sorry its been so long since my reply I have been super busy. Well the house training takes time a patience I must say! I would say Dasher was fully housetrained at 1 year old and he still has his accidents now, Cookie was house trained around 6 months and Poppit is still learning, however when Cookie was 5 months old we installed a dog flap in the door which they go in and out of when they need the toilet. We have found this the most effective way of training them all as if we are out for a few hours they can come and go as they please. (Keke is using the dog flap at the moment which is a pain.. I'll give her a few months until she can only get her nose through) Hmm the second question is a hard one, Dasher is going to training now as he is not very nice when greeting new dogs.. no biting or aggressiveness just nervousness. Which is strange because he has been bought up with all types of different breeds (he doesn't like the big, bounding, clumsy ones). They bark at strange people and greet them but always tend to stay by my side.. Poppit likes the attention but at the moment because we have only just been aloud to take her out because of the extra parvo vaccination she's very vocal around other dogs... she is barking a lot but we are hoping to stop this with a dog trainer we see every thursday and get her socialised properly with puppy classes. They are an amazing breed in general though Thank you BorderTerrier I'll post some more pictures soon Jessie99  |

kekedobie Thanks for answering all my questions and being very helpful I hope keke doesn't get stuck in the dog flap?!?  You've made me just realise the ickle dachshund will be able to get through our cat flap which stops Cooper getting to the cat food and litter tray??  Will look forward to seeing more photos of your fur family soon.

kekedobie YaY!!!! More photos and loads of them too. Ah they are all sooooooo cute. Thanks so much for posting more. I love the jumpers & bum shot.  The three Daxies sitting together is a lovely photo, the two silver dapples on the ends with the Choc dapple in the middle. Keke looks like a long legged dachshund at the mo. Cheers me dear.x.
