Off out to lunch today got a feeling O.H isnt going to make it, but I made up my mind I will . Selfish I know but cousin and wife are driving down from Kenilworth Not at all selfish everyone deserves a break at some point! |

Hoping for a better day today. I had a bit of an anxiety attack at work last Wednesday. Going to take the pooches a walk now , it really helps me. I use my time walking Pud to try and clear my mind. I can mentally sort out all sorts of things and get back home feeling much better. She is my ' therapy' bless her and I love the time spent out and about with her. |

Thank you meandmine we gave her 2 Trazadone at 4pm and she was still very stressed out so we gave her one of riley's sedatives at 7 pm and she calmed down and thankfully she is much more settled now. It is such a stressful time for pet owners. Thankfully Riley seems much calmer this year to what he has been previous years , maybe his hearing isn't quite as good. |

Oh, oh - both together? Last time I did that I felt awful. I've had the two together for the last 2 years, fingers crossed it goes as smoothly this year (hope that doesn't jinx it!!! ) Well I think that must have jinxed it, last Thursday evening I got the shivers went to bed with some paracetamol, all I'm allowed now  Had a really bad night but the shivers stopped & I gradually felt better over the next few days, took the tablets each night to make sure I got a reasonable night's sleep. What is about Thursdays but I started runny nose/sneezing again this afternoon & got the shivers again. So off to bed with paracetamol again. Think Id better ring the doctors in the morning to change the appointment, definitely don't want a flu vaccination when I've potentially already got it or at least a cold!!!! Hopefully they'll be able to give me another in about 2/3 weeks which should mean I'm clear of Xmas if there's any reaction. I know I can get colds but not normally the shivers! |

Hope you feel better soon tonib , there are a lot of bugs going around at the moment but it does sound like the flu with the shivering symptoms. |

I have decided to start making snuffle mats again 😁it’s very therapeutic and will help with my anxiety.
I’m doing them for rough collie rescue .
My material arrived yesterday so me and hubby spent most of last night cutting the polar fleece material into strips.
I should be able to start a large one this weekend.
