That's good news scallywag , and as lotsofcats says, it gives you something to look forward too.  lotsofcats , I won't be having the covid jab, as I'm no longer old enough to get it. Well not unless I pay for it myself, the same with the flu jab. |

Just wont shut off. Anyone else get like that ? x I don sometimes when Kobi keeps wanting to go out in the night. You just get over tired and can't shut off. |

Last night was terrible with the fireworks 🧨
Elsa was absolutely terrified, she had 1 Trazodone but was still stressed out , so we gave her one of Riley’s sedatives , which we can do advised by the vet.
I think tonight will be really bad so she can be given 2 Trazodone and if needed one of Riley’s sedatives.
She is so much worse than Riley now bless her .
Riley only needed one sedative and he just slept through it thankfully.
It was about 2ish when we eventually got to bed.
She was still even anxious about going out for a wee this morning, because Riley wasn’t there for her to follow behind him.
( he’s still in bed 😴)

( he’s still in bed 😴) Stay safe everyone xx Chantel, you have my deepest sympathy. One of our previous dogs was absolutely terrified of loud noises especially fireworks and thunder. At the age of thirteen she gradually began to have problems with her hearing and that year was the first time ever that she didn't spend the week(s) around November 5th shaking, drooling and trying to hide. Nutmeg was deaf and was totally oblivious to the noises although we did keep the curtains drawn so that couldnt see the bright flashes either. Pud too is now deaf but even when wasn't she was never bothered by the noise. I hope you have a better night tonight with her.🤞 |
