Hoping for a better day today.
I had a bit of an anxiety attack at work last Wednesday.
Going to take the pooches a walk now , it really helps me.

Riley’s hip was very stiff yesterday, I felt bad because I took him a short walk 🐕
Since taking the meds he always wants to go a walk now , and when I came downstairs he was waiting at the out house door waiting for me ,so I didn’t realise he was a bit stiffer than normal. Although it was colder yesterday.
I have told him he is on a rest day today.
We are both tired this morning because I was awake around 4:30 am with him panting , but it got really warm during the night , I was really warm too.
He put his head underneath the quilt and I stroked his head and then he just settled down a bit .
I’m wondering if we might here fireworks 🎇 this weekend because it’s getting close to Halloween 🎃

Oh yes the dreaded fireworks are sure to start this weekend. It must be a nightmare for you with the dogs chantel. I'm very lucky that Kobi is totally deaf and the cats don't care at all. |

Morning red sky here . No such thing as an Extra hour in bed for me , my body clock cant change just like that so .... 2 cuppas before 6.15am and off to do an extra hour of you know what 
Off out to lunch today got a feeling O.H isnt going to make it, but I made up my mind I will . Selfish I know but cousin and wife are driving down from Kenilworth

I had my Covid jab on Saturday afternoon. OMG, I felt terrible all day Sunday, very cold, achy and a bad head. I slept a lot of the day. Got up this morning and all I have is a painful arm now.

I wasn’t going to bother but I thought due to me having asthma and it not been under control at the moment, I thought it would be best to have it. I felt a little bit off for about a day, the headache was the worst 😞but it only lasted a couple of days. glad you are feeling better now x |
