No no more snow ,hubby is walking back from work ,he has had to abandon his car , traffic is horrendous he called me 3 hours ago and he’s not landed home yet 🙈⛄️what a nightmare 🙈 let’s hope we get some rain to wash it all away . Yes lotsofcats I’m still feeding the cats at the bottom of the garden😻although we have a fox cub that comes too . I took some food down earlier. |

He got home around 7 pm 🙈 3 1/2 hrs omg , he had to leave the car half way and walk home , he was not an happy bunny 😂 its unbelievable all the chaos the snow causes , got up this morning and the snow had all gone. I’m feeling much better today thanks scallywag , just feeling really weak and drained, but I managed to make it into work today. i think I’m going to try and rest this weekend. |

I had Friday off work for my car to go into the garage for my new water bottle and front grill. I phoned at 2pm to see if it was ready for collection and they told me they'd fitted the bottle, but the grill still hadn't come in - from December?!! So annoyed as I could have had the bottle fitted sooner. I had a bottle of made-up screen wash in my car that I had to squirt on the windscreen whenever I could. I was the only person happy when it rained! Not a company to be recommended, I don't think I'll have my MOT and service done there as I was considering.

I too also had to buy a New Battery lotsofcats just before Christmas. Cant complain it lasted just over 5 years. I was not doing the mileage and all the things that run off a battery now were just draining it. £250   for a battery.

Cat? That's really low mileage. I had my car 6 years ago last October and my mileage is 25,600ish. I don't go far. I won't moan about my grill taking so long after all if your sensor took 6 months.

When we were on our way back from visiting M.I.L. in hospital on Saturday we came across what looked like an accident. I don't think it was a road accident but a man was having CPR done on him at the roadside. Very sad to see, I hope he was ok.

Oh no 🥲 I can remember driving past an accident and a man on a motorbike was on the pavement having cpr , the motorbike was at the road side all smashed up. I often wonder if he was ok 🥲 lets hope the man you saw lotsofcats is ok. |

I ve been off line for a while .....have I missed anything?
I ve had a very quick catch up and read about the car accidents. Can I join in that conversation. We were just leaving London a couple of weeks ago and a humongous HGV decided it wanted to share our lane. It re designed the side of our car but we were unhurt. Major problems though as it was a European lorry with a driver who spoke no English. We took photos of everything and have sent them all to our insurance company for them to sort out.
