I ve been off line for a while .....have I missed anything? I ve had a very quick catch up and read about the car accidents. Can I join in that conversation. We were just leaving London a couple of weeks ago and a humongous HGV decided it wanted to share our lane. It re designed the side of our car but we were unhurt. Major problems though as it was a European lorry with a driver who spoke no English. We took photos of everything and have sent them all to our insurance company for them to sort out. Hope you manage to sort it quickly , him being a foreigner , and all that . 🤞 |

The annoying thing is that I ve had to pay £40.00 to change the details on my car insurance ( OH is a named driver) and his insurance - which is unfortunately due for renewal on 1st March - has literally doubled because until it is all sorted out he is classed as being at fault!

Very annoying and frustrating for you. I hope it all gets sorted. Thankfully nobody was hurt, but it's still so frightening. Awful that your OH has to pay a huge amount more when it wasn't his fault. |

I had my appointment with the asthma nurse this morning to review the fostair inhaler , I’m not coughing constantly from morning through to night time but I’m still having bouts of coughing attacks 🙈especially in a morning it takes me a good half an hour to clear my chest.
The nurse has told me to double up the puffs - so 2 in a morning and 2 at night and she has prescribed me a blue inhaler (Salamol ) to use in between in the day.
She booked me a spirometry appt 45 mins 12th march to do some breathing tests , this will tell us whether I’m developing Asthma or it’s damage caused by Covid .
My Dad developed Asthma in his 50’s I hope I’m not heading that way he always had a terrible chest but I don’t think it helped that my mum was a heavy smoker too.

I hope that by doubling up on the Fostair inhaler things will improve for you. And with use of the blue Salamol inhaler. I have both. I was diagnosed with asthma when I was 7 and my sister also has it. Strangely, none of my brothers have it. My asthma is really well controlled, my sister's isn't, but she also has COPD.

Omg 🙈can someone help me - my iPad has just done a big update and some of my apps have disappeared 🙈my photo app is no where to be seen 🙈
I was posting photos using the vg ? My mind has just gone blank - bloody apple 😡
I have only just got my phone back up and running 🙈I certainly won’t be upgrading for a long time grrr 🤣
