If Tizzy hates her cat she is a very brave lady to take him on for 6 months. I'd be watching Toffee too.

In my garden I have a large white trough that had daffs in it and decided to sprinkle a packet of seeds in it. they started growing really well and one day last week I looked at them and thought I recognised the leaves - not my Twinkle Phlox plants, but a whole trough full of Birds Eye wild flower!! I was so pleased that all the seeds were growing. I'll leave them in there.

What a cheek! Someone nicked my black rubbish bin after I'd put it out. We have 2 black bins as my neighbour had a spare and gave it to me. I need 2 with all my cat litter. Put the bins out yesterday evening and when I went to bed last night I looked out of the window and 1 has disappeared. Well, we have CCTV, so this morning hubby had a look through - 9.15pm it was still there and 9.30pm it had gone, so he trawled through it slowly after 9.15pm. A woman appeared walking down the road - she had a hooded jacket on with the hood up, she stopped by the bins and looked at the front of both. We have a number on the one but not the other one as we shouldn't have 2, but we have markings on it that we know. Then down the road comes a small camper van and stops. It is there a while so they must have loading my bin in it - it must have been heavy as there was several bags of cat litter and 1 bag of household rubbish in it and it is always smelly from the cat litter - they must have been desperate for a new bin! We know what the camper van looks like as it has one of those hard plastic storage units on the top and a ladder on the back. Because it was dark and it was raining we couldn't see a lot. They also have a black medium sized dog as it got out and was running around. We'll have a walk around the circle road up past my house later on to see if it's someone up there.

I'm in pain! I was on my way to have my haircut and I stepped up onto the kerb and somehow hurt my foot, across the bottom of my toes, along the top of my foot. It is very painful and I limped home from the hairdresser's. I've put ice on it and Volterol and elevated my foot and taken some Paracetamol. Remember I did this a month ago. I finally went to the Minor Injuries Unit of the local(ish) hopsital as my foot still isn't better. I'm still limping and because of that now my hip and knee are hurting. My foot is not as painful as it was but I still can't walk far and steps and stairs are a nightmare. I had to see the nurse, then the doctor, then to x-ray and then back to see the doctor. I broke a bone in my foot!!! just by crossing over the road! I thought I'd hurt my tendon. The doctor said it is healing itself and I could have a boot to put on my foot but it would probably make my knee and hip hurt more. It would have been ideal to wear one when I first did it. I will have an appointment in several weeks time to check it has fully healed.

I was in a lot of pain spider but I was convinced that I had pulled a tendon and it would get better in 2-3 weeks. When I got to 4 weeks I thought I'd better get it checked out. I didn't think it was that easy to break a bone. It is definitely less painful than it was during the first 2 weeks and I haven't had to take any pain killers for over a week. The pain is an ache now. I am limping less but can't walk very fast.

I watched it but kept switching over - I can't cope with the stress of near misses! Don't watch the final on the weekend cazypops.
