Animals I love: I am a big animal lover but i have a special place in my 💓 for Dogs and Cats.
Pets I own: I am owned by 2 Rough Collies 🐶🐶 called Riley and Elsa and a rescue Cat Freddy😻 and not forgetting the new additions Mabel 🐹and moonlight 🐹 I have previously owned 2 german spitz named Mitzi Moo and Phoebe my 2 little angelsxx gone but never forgotten xx
And my late rescue cat Sindy that I keep close to my heart ♥️

The sun has come out this morning and the wind has calmed down.

Still fairly windy here in the north east, but nowhere near as bad as last night. No damage for us, thankfully but neighbour's fir tree has a few broken branches that haven't fallen fully yet. The council have cordoned the paths off to try and stop people from walking underneath it but obviously kids have ignored the cordon and ducked underneath it to use the path rather than taking the slightly longer route 🙄

According to BBC News for the area we got the worst of Isha but I've since seen that the highest wind recorded was in the North-East.

Rained most of the day here and the wind is really picking up now. It definitely sounds as bad as the last one, if not worse.

I think the highest wind during Storm Isha was recorded at Tan Hill, wasn't it tonib? The highest pub in the country, they were probably snowed in a few weeks ago!

Storm Jocelyn has definitely gone this morning and it is calm and sunny. Had to laugh when I got into work and my boss and his son asked about the wind gusts in the night. Apparently they were really bad all night long and a wind speed of 71mph was recorded in Wales. I slept through it all and didn't hear a thing - I was very tired from my disturbed sleep from the night before (courtesy of Kobi).
