Maybe BorderTerrier means a choking hazard from the ice lolly stick? In which case, I'd just like to say that Ellie swallowed a whole Mini Milk lolly two Sundays ago, including the stick. She threw the stick back up on Tuesday in one piece. We didn't go to the vets, but probably should have. I think she was lucky that the stick was in one piece when it went down and it hasn't caused her any damage. But yes, if anyone gives their dog an ice lolly, please be careful with the stick!

Yep, Maddy swallowed a whole stick not long after I adopted her. Those were a tense few days! But it came out in a poo pile about 2 days later, exactly the same condition as it went in!

I kept a careful eye on Ellie in case of any bloating etc. and she would have been straight to the vets if there was anything out of the ordinary! We'd thought she'd passed the stick a few days before so it was a bit of a surprise when she threw it up!
