No, not yet. They don't deliver on Mondays, so it'll be sent out today and probably arrive tomorrow.

I've just received a text message from UK Mail (the courier company) saying that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow, so hopefully you'll be getting one too BorderTerrier!

I've just brought my delivery in but there are no boxes of salmon in it! There isn't even a note to say why not. Did you get salmon BorderTerrier?

I have received an email by Natural Instinct to tell me that my prize will be delivered this coming Friday. Unfortunately, we are all out at school/work that day, so if it is delivered whilst we are not there one of our neighbours will take the parcel in and freeze it. We are going to talk to our neighbours and ask for this before Friday. The prize NI box was supposed to be Salmon flavoured orpheous87.

I got the same email BorderTerrier. I know it was supposed to be salmon, which is why I was surprised that my order came today with an invoice that had a note saying "Congratulations! In the pink competition winner." but had no salmon in the boxes! They'd substituted the 4 boxes of salmon that were supposed to be in there with chicken & lamb. I'm very confused now!! I've emailed Dogs Today and they're looking into it. By the way though, they left my box outside at 12.50pm - while I was in the house, watching TV. They didn't even knock. So it might be a good idea to ask your neighbours to watch out for the courier's van if they're around. The packaging does keep the boxes frozen, but obviously with the way the weather is at the minute, it'd be better for it to not be left out in the sun!

The packaging is very good at keeping it frozen. That was naughty of them orpheous. I have given permission for them to leave in back garden.

They'd substituted the 4 boxes of salmon that were supposed to be in there with chicken & lamb. You should mention it to NI and say you aren't happy. They're SO good at their customer service, like I say we got 12kg free for complaining! It can't hurt Out of interest, do you usually get the working dog foods or not? (We do because they're tax-free.) Just wondering. Annoying they don't do as many flavours in the working foods. They can't have such fancy things as lamb

I did tweet them, but haven't heard anything back from them. I didn't want to email or ring them after I'd already emailed the woman from Dogs Today coz I thought that might ruin my chances of getting anything! I did think of your free 12kg and that I'd better check my cartons! I'll do that tomorrow though. Well, the ones I've had so far were the working ones, yes. I only wanted to try the chicken & lamb one because it has the offal in it! I ordered 2 tubs and have ended up with 6, so I hope they like it lol. Yes, it's a shame that they don't do the same flavours in the working foods. I think that would be the only way I'd buy the lamb flavour! £5.35 is a ridiculous price! (on a side note caz2golden, did you consider that one to put weight on Phoebe??)

I don't know what time it was that I actually discovered the box in the garden. I think, if I end up getting some salmon on Friday, it'll have to stay in the box it comes in until I have freezer space!

I could not really find an excuse for spending over £5 on one box alone when I can get two chickens for less!!
I can get the value lamb and mutton mince lamb hearts etc probably for less at local supermarket!!

Pawsforthought - When I rang them on Friday, they were really helpful and even rang me back, so I know what you mean! I'd feel bad if I complained too, lol. caz2golden - I don't blame you! I don't think I'd buy it either. Not at that price. I think I can get lamb cheaper in the supermarket too!

Heard back from Dogs Today this afternoon and there's been some kind of mix up as they were under the impression they'd spoken to me and as I was going away, I'd asked for the order to be processed asap! That's all wrong, as I'm not going away at all. To make up for it, they've said that they'll add a couple of boxes of Working Salmon to my next order - pretty good, but not ideal as I don't know when I'll be making another order!

I will not be making another order - I don't feed raw! We are going to have some 'fun' with this package, including using as treats, and hiding in the garden to find, and MAYBE putting a few bits into his food, etc. I hope I get Working Salmon - probably not. Anyway, our dog's photos are going to be in the magazine, and that is a przie in itself And anyway, the raw food is still food at the end of the day
