Hi everyone, how are you all. I'm sorry I've neglected you guys on here. I find facebook so much easier than on here but I'll try harder. Tell me all your news.

The only update from me is that since Rupee got his abscess popped last Saturday he seems to be getting better. His fur is growing back already.

I wish they had never invented facebook. Only loose sentences, referring to what? Comments on something you don't know about, unless you spend 24/7 on fb. I go there for 2 or 3 friends, but I hate it. The forum has complete stories/messages. I don't write much here, but only because of the (foreign) language. Not the words, but the style and the prepositions. (at/on. off/from, etc.). That makes me uncertain.

Your English is very good Elly - you've nothing to worry about.
Welcome back catsrkool. My lot are okay apart from Kai Ruki who will be having 2 teeth out on Thursday - he's been suffering from osteomyelitis and has been on antibiotics for almost 4 weeks.
How are your lot?

Haha I deleted my FB recently actually, and i'm so glad i did, it was a waste of time and my friends who actually want to put the effort in to keep in touch with me (Which isn't hard as i have imessage) have, and those who haven't, well, oh well. I feel a lot happier now i'm rid of it Plus I have more time for my favourite forum here Haha dutchkitties I am on a german pet forum so I know how you feel, I hardly ever post on it, although there are much more people feeding cats raw on there than here (I think i'm the only one here?) so I have posted about three times on there for advice on that haha. You have nothing to worry about though, your English is great, I've never had trouble understanding your posts and if it wasn't for your username i'd forget you didn't have english as a first language haha. My German posts on the other forum are very different haha, it is horribly obvious that I'm not German hahaha.

Hi catsrkool nice to hear from you again. All 4 of our cats are doing well (or so the cattery keep texting me as we're on holiday!) How's your gang any new additions, of any species?!

A German forum (Smilesbetter) is horrible. I once was on the Zooplus forum, but after a few months I unsubscribed. As you live there it must be less hard (I think/hope). Be glad it isn't Dutch. (see next post. Have to copy it first)

"Dutch is a very hard language to learn. Most people think it's like German but it's not. I'm a native speaker and I know many English people and I try to learn them a little bit Dutch but it's too hard for them. It's grammatically very hard and very hard to pronounce. Spanish, German, French are easier to learn."
That's what I googled. I read somewhere that Dutch has 350 irregular verbs and Geman 19. Cannot find the text.

Wow! that brings to mind a saying we have in the UK to describe something we don't understand and say it's "like double Dutch"!

It's my fault Catsrkool. My cats are good. Though I'll take Tosha to the vet tomorrow for she is still gaining weight and that can give her several ailments.
