Hi guys! My name is Kat. I was a registered user here some time ago with my pooch, however despite my exhaustive efforts to train him, this became simply impossible. Although some days were better than others, we re homed him under the circumstances at the time. Unfortunately news got back to me months ago that the wonderful local lady that took him in had to get him put to sleep. Even after spending her life around the breed of dog he was, the vet felt the poor lad had developed mental illnesses that would have prevented him from continuing with a happy and healthy life. Years later, lots has changed! I moved back home and went to live on my own. Not long after, I decided to re kindle my love for pets, but this time decided on a kitty and it was the best decision I ever made. I have a true soul bond with her and raised her from very young. I believe she was taken from he mother slightly earlier than she should have been, and she has associated that bond with me. She is the most cuddly, affectionate non human creature I have ever come across, and I cant imagine life without her now! Anyone who tells me cats can only feel contentment is talking complete tosh IMO! Her name is Lola, she is a Tabby X Bengal, the most gorgeous symmetrical markings with a super cute spotty tummy ! Sometimes I call her Lolies, Lola Bean or Lola Bear Anyway, here is my little madam! And believe me, she can be a one of those from time to time  tee hee! |

Hi Kat welcome back to the forum, have to be honest I don't remember you I have someone in mind who was struggling with their dog Lucas he was a husky type dog is that you? As you can see Photo Bucket doesn't work on 3rd party sharing any more , hundreds of people have been caught out by them  are you going to sign up with another free service provider , would be nice to see pics of your new fur baby. Look fwd to chatting some more LolaKitty |

Did you ever resolve the issues you were having with your neighbour? By the way, most of us have moved over to Flickr to post photos now since Photobucket did the dirty on us.  |

Welcome back Kat, it's good to see you back on here, and with a new best friend too. Sorry to hear about Lucas, he was such a handsome boy. Did you ever resolve the issues you were having with your neighbour? I'd love a ginger queen but she would have none of that! Hahaha and what cute fur babies you have, I remember Jasper's face from the last time I was here <3 |

As to the madam & ruling the roost, that's not surprising as you say she is part Bengal You also show good taste in wanting a ginger cat, as you can see I have 2 male tabbies, a ginger (with white) & a brown but although I shouldn't have favourites I can't help a preference for gingers based on our Roman It's also harder to find a ginger female due to the genes needed as it requires both parents to be ginger, whilst the male only needs 1 !!! |

She is fifteen months! I remember hearing stories about her feline grandmother, more Bengal in her than Lola for sure, who would literally sit perched on top of the owners fridge freezer on her mighty throne looking down on all the 'peasant's' as the family just went about their daily business and was rather 'catty' anyone trying to invade her space! Well even a gorgeous boy would be lovely, cute little ginger tabby's dawwwww <3 heart melting ! |

cazypops scallywag I traced back to my old account using the members list and I saw that you guys posted on my birthday last year! Thanks for that. To answer your curiosity Here is Lucas not long before he left us, look at the big handsome boy he grew to be! Loved to get up on the sofa but was quite frankly, too big HAHA!
