Im on the run just pooped in to see if any birthdays today, been hectic 2 weeks sister visiting from USA But gilly THATS ILLEGAL you must ge offered a break every so many hours you are only a Key Member whom he knows he can exploit  Do not fall for his charms , New Starts for both of you |

Great to see you back Gilly you've been missed. Glad you've found another job, and one were you won't be exploited like you are now. (you HAVE to have at least a 15 minute break every 4 1/2 hours by law) Has Niel accepted the new job too? What will you both be doing? Glad you both doing well and the cats are ok. Hope to see you back permanently again soon. |

Popped in very briefly last night so didn't see this. You have made my day Gilly! I hate to hear of dedicated hard workers being exploited. Please do not let the boss talk you round,he will probably make promises he has no intention of fullfilling after taking advantage and treating you so badly. He has also broken the law by making you work such long hours without taking a break,that's how accidents happen.
Hope the tide has turned for you and Neil and everything goes smoothly from now on.

I had an interview at another place on Thursday and was offered a job yesterday afternoon so immediately typed up my resignation note and took it up to give him. He didn't seem bothered until nearly TWO HOURS later when I got an irate phone call saying how I couldn't leave, I was one of his main staff blah blah blah 
Glad things are on the up!
