Hi there everyone! I am a newbie here and I can't wait to share my ideas to you and to hear yours as well. I love dogs and I treat them just like my own family. Right after the death of my lab pup, I became very conscious on the health of my dogs. Can you recommend dog food brands that will increase their vitality and immune system? Thanks in advance!

I think what you feed your dog depends on so many things, financial, convenience, good advertising, what friends and family feed their dogs, what you believe is important in a dog food etc etc. What food suits one dog may not suit another. It is worth looking on the allaboutdogfood.co.uk/ website. This indicates what is going into the food you give i.e if ingredients are good or perhaps a little controversial. Try and choose a food which has ingredients not highlighted red. I have gained a lot from the book Canine Nutrigenomics: The New Science of Feeding Your Dog for Optimum Health. Understanding what foods can do on a cellular level can help you understand which foods are better for your dog. www.amazon.co.uk/Canine-Nutrigenomics-Science-Feeding-Optimum/dp/1617811548/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1483008837&sr=8-1&keywords=canine+nutrition

Welcome to the forum goldenlabbie, I hope you enjoy it here. I can't help with your enquiry as I'm a cat owning member but I'm always interested in other pet owners questions & stories.

Thank you tonib for the time to reply, really appreciate it As of now, I'm still in search for the perfect food and treats to give my dogs. Someone recommended me the chicken live in petstreetmall, but I haven't tried it yet. I'll appreciate your suggestions if ever you come across a good quality dog food:)
