Off topic, but TK Maxx related! I saw a TV program about them before which was quite interesting.
They mainly get in end of line or unwanted surplus stock. They also have a fair few own brand products which are disguised as other brands to make them seem more exciting, but they're actually mass produced for TK Maxx just like any other shop - hence why you often see the same products in there over and over again despite the fact that they're supposed to have new/different things all the time (I guess they have to fill the shelves with something and they might not always be able to get enough stock otherwise).
I would imagine that the ear cleaner you got was probably surplus stock, I think it's probably unlikely you'd be able to find it again unfortunately - but you never know!

I'm very jealous that your friend got some of the Donald Vans! I'd love some of those lol. I've got dalmatian ones though.
