Hi Sandra
The forum has exceeded its storage space, has been like this since last week end. James is looking into upgrading. Can you use photobucket ?

Go onto tinypic.com/ and simply upload the pics you want, once uploaded copy and paste the 'IMG code for forums and message boards' under the forum's 'BBCode' when replying. Then click onto 'preview' (at the bottom) to resize pics - only if you want too though. This way it doesn't matter how many pics you put on, there is no limit! Hope I helped

I get exactly the same thing, Sandra. I reduce memory to just a few kilobytes too - but I still get the message.
I can't remember now if I used photobucket before - maybe I did. But I think I also used to upload photos direct - of just a few KB.
I presume the forum has exceeded its space limit for memory - so try photobucket (find that online, upload photos, then put a link here).
Good luck!
