Hello Everyone! I just joined your forum and thought I would stop in and introduce me and my babies First off for me! I'm a 28 yr old girl who lives in Canada, Saskatchewan. I love all animals and own several different kinds myself, I'm a vet technician and work alongside my local vet in clinic and house calls with animals of all sizes. Now for my feather babies! First off I'll say a little something about Faith and Lebannen (I don't have a picture of them right now) they are my breeding pair of Ring Neck Turtle Doves and I've had them about 4 years now. They have produced many beautiful babies for me, one of which I will introduce next. Jayden is one of Faith and Lebannen's first babies with me, I sold her brother but kept her as she wiggled into my heart. When she was born her parents didn't really know what to do with her yet and so they fed her brother and pushed her away. I hand fed Jayden since she was 5 days old and she grew on me, I couldn't sell her after that. She is now 5 years old and doing great! Next is the trouble maker of the bunch Phoenix. He is a 3 year old Scarlet Macaw and spoiled rotten! He loves going out and meeting new people in pet stores, schools, parades and more. I have taught him to free fly but will never free fly him outside because I think it is dangerous. He does however free fly indoors such as nursing homes and schools to give everyone a show

Welcome to the forum Aleshia, I'm cazypops and I'm from the other side really but we all tend to intermingle on here. I have a Parsons Russell called Jasper and two cats called Flirty and Bandit. I hope you like it on here, and I look forward to hearing about all your pets too. (Fur and Feather).

Welcome to the forum Aleshia, nice to hear from someone in Canada, I believe its a bit cool there at the moment I'm Toni (from the slightly chilly & wet UK) with 3 rescue cats aged between 8 & 13. I look forward to hearing more of your pet family, you certainly have a wide range. If you need any help with the forum don't hesitate to ask, we all were new here once

Oops, didn't notice it was an old thread. But yes, we are getting desperate!! So sad we are approaching our 5 year anniversary too, dread to think what will happen once the forum is forced to move over to V6 there's going to be an 18 month grace period but who knows when Your Pet will decide to take the plunge guessing it depends how much work is involved and their man power.

What's V6 scallywag? I've not heard anything about this.

Version 6 cazypops , when my friend and I had to find another forum provider ( bit like yourpet 5 years ago and moved to proboards ) we found proboards ( thats how I found this forum in first place ) and they were on version 4 so we waited till Version 5 was launched as didnt want to find our way around a forum then it be all changed ! They are now in the process of launching an upgrade to version 6 and after 18 months its mandatory to move over. Hope this makes sense ? Xx
