Tried to enter but its saying its not saved my details disappointed. I just entered the dog one no problem BUT when I went to do the Cat one , once window was opened you don't get the chance to see the pic before the entry form covers it up, then I couldn't get my info to type into the box, can't be my ipad if I could do one and not the other eh Your Pet EDIT and I noticed that as soon as I clicked on the box the cat picture behind it closed as if its not been opened

Hi scallywag and ownedby3catsWe're currently trying to resolve the issue on the Your Cat advent - there does seem to be an issue with iPads only, but if you do have access to laptop or desktop computer then for now I would suggest to try entering this way. ownedby3cats - we apologise that you are also experience issues - what device / web browser are you using? Can you please email all of the details you are submitting, I can take a look and see if anything is causing the entry to fail. Toni - your technological / trouble shooting leaves me standing. lol Thank you for the praise but I did spent 38 years working in IT doing just that cia The best (humorous) problem Mark & myself have both encountered:- My computer's not working, after various queries & suggestions, the person said as an aside that there were electricians in the building & after a couple of more questions it was found that they'd turned the power off & nothing electrical was working! Or on another occasion the whole office was in darkness - there was a power cut! Sometimes the simplest solution is the right one its just a case of getting the right information of what does & doesn't work
