I came across pigs noses in a local pet shop near where I work and decided to buy 2 to see if my boys would like them for a great, gave them to them last night and they loved them, after Enzo had stopped throwing it about like a toy! they were white kinda puffed up looking, anyone ever given their dogs them? any opinions? Good bad indifferent? mines get ears as a treat but first time they've had a nose! Me and my niece couldn't resist a picture before we gave them to the boys but it won't let me upload, says forum has exceeded upload space

While drunk I dared a guy I worked with to try and eat the nose of a pig which was on a spit!! That's my only experience of anything eating a pig nose. However doing a search on net it implies they are fully digestible and can help with keeping plaque at bay when they are chewed. Therefore looks like they are good to feed

I would reccomend pigs ears more highly than pigs trotters. Earl couldn't manage the whole of his and he whined so much at it that I had to get rid of it. With the pigs ears, they come in any sizes (just don't get too small as the dog can choke on them) and aren't to 'heavy' if you know what I mean by that (not heavy as in weight, heavy in food amount ok?). Pigs ears are in my good books and I would most definately give them to Earl again. I think Jess will love pigs ears CurlyCub and anyone else who is planning to give their dog some!
