I'm curious about titres now, I've heard of them before but what exactly does it involve? I mean It probably wouldn't be an option for Samson as he goes into kennels and they need core vaccines and lepto (kc is at owners discretion however) but would still be interested in info Titre testing is a blood test. They check for immunity to the diseases covered by the core vaccines. It's worth knowing that the guidelines for kennels etc. changed recently regarding tire tests and they can now accept a titre test in place of a vaccination. I believe, though, that this is also at the discretion of the owners. Could be worth enquiring about though. |
