I hope you do not mind me asking for some help. I work for Mojo Consultancy, we are a specialist Communications and Business Support company to the vet and pet industries and are conducting some research into how Veterinary Practices can better support pet owners through the difficult times – on the diagnosis of a life limiting illness through to the sad time of when we have to let our pet pass on.
To help understand what kind of support pet owners would like to receive from their veterinary practices, I would like to ask if you could spare 5 minutes in answering this survey. It is entirely anonymous and we do not ask for any personal details. The information received will help provide advice to the veterinary profession on how they can better support pet owners through this difficult time.

dally - question 10 says tick all that apply (& I could think of different answers depending on circumstances) but I could only tick 1 so aborted the questionnaire but would like to complete it.

dally sorry about this but question 31 doesn't give multiple options but I would want to tick the 1st & 4th options as they seem to be slightly different questions.

Hello thank you for your comment. Surveys are so difficult to get perfect, this has already been used with a large group and no one else commented on that question but I can see why you may like to answer more than one option. Unfortunately I can not edit this now but there is an option at the end for comments. I very much appreciate your time Thank you |
