Yeah he is quite easy, he has to have a heat mat to stop him from going into hibernation and he eats dry chicken flavoured cat biscuits and the occasional bowl of meal worms. Not too hard really

Whats age are they meant to life to? And can it harm them to stop hibernation?

its the temperature you have to get right, some people find heat mats don't keep the temp so use che. depends on what set up you have to what heat source you use. mealies are to be feed daily along with a high protein low fat cat biscuit. meat, fruit and veg 2 to 3 times a week for variety in there diet. handling daily is also required for bonding and to get them used to you and for free run and play. they are very lovely little creatures and a joy to own.

Glady - age is between 3 to 5 years. if they hibernate they will die.
Aston - hope your having a lovely time and the weather is better then in the uk.
