My mothers rabbit is quite odd.He, she, it (Called penny but was later found out to be a boy by our unamused late lionhead 
) has a run which is actually a PetSafe dog enclosure for small dogs,very small indeed, rabbit sized. Anyway he loves to sit on top of a house we made him, about the size of a reg. hutch (even has perspex windows !) and come hail, snow rain or sun he will just sit there on it.
It's quite funny to see him there grooming in the rain.
I just wanted to know if anyone elses rabbits or any animal really does this. We just think " you have a perfectly good house, why are you sitting in the rain

would sit in the rain and clean himself for a bit before putting himself in his walk in pen. He would also sit on his hutch (which was in the pen) and watch the world go by.
