Nooo, not Ayrton Senna unfortunately! BUT we do have a new bunny, his name is Senna and he is a British Spot So, we've been after a rabbit for some time as we have been without one for a while now and we have always had rabbits. This morning I looked on Gumtree (don't shoot me down ) and saw an advert posted last week about 5 baby British Spot rabbits. I told my mum and we both agreed that by texting the advertiser there was no harm. We text her and she said that all the rabbits were spoken for, which was a little disheartening, but another rabbit would come along! Anyway, we carried on about our day, then a couple of hours later, I got a text from the same lady and she told us she had been let down and had a boy available if we were still interested - of course we were! So we went and collected him :-) He's 11 weeks old, and judging by mum and dad, he will be quite a large bunny! He has so much character, very bold and lively :-) This was on the way home, hence card board box! Home and in his cage. Cuddles!

What a cutie, love his markings, they're so striking! Thank you, he is almost too pretty to be a boy! His dad was very spotty, but his mum was less spotty with the black face markings and stripe down the back.

Yes, we were thinking of names and originally we were going to have two (being hopeful of being able to chose two litter mates) and have Niki Lauda - Lauda - and Ayrton Senna - Senna. We are racing fans, can you tell?

I don't know, I'd like to but I'd be a bit nervy about introducing another one to him. Obviously if it was a girly who had been neutered, then maybe :-)

@gillykat thank you, he really is quite striking, we've never had a spot, usually ended up with solid colour rescues. He really is so laid back and calm as you like, considering his age and having moved homes today. The lady who bred him had young children and she let them handle them (supervised!) so I think that's helped :-)

He is gorgeous! I love the markings - I wanted a rabbit like that when I got my last one a few years ago, I ended up falling in love with a tricolour lop instead Sounds like he will be lots of fun if he has been well handled! My first rabbit was like that, I had been handling him since he was only a few weeks as I worked at the place where he came from. He absolutely adored people and cuddles and would run up to you and climb up your leg Sadly I lost him at not even a year old, my other 2 rabbits after were never big on handling or attention

Aww! He definitely seems like a character already and has no problem in being handled; I picked him up and had a cuddle this morning, he's so laid back in that respect :-)

Unfortunately, Senna passed away this evening :'-( We spoke with his breeder and she said he mut have poisoned himself when he had escaped on Saturday (the day before we got him). He started fitting about an hour ago and he passed away 20minutes later :-(
