Men!!!! Yesterday morning when I let Toffee out of the cat pen he didn't go straight to his veranda to eat his breakfast as he usually does, he went sniffing around things and then disappeared. There is a white and grey tom cat around and Toffee hates him. Rather than leave Toffee's food out as the dog would steal it, I took it in the house and told hubby to give it to him when he goes in for his kibble (2nd breakfast). I get home from work and it's still there! No sign of Toffee. I told hubby he'd probably left home as he'd been deprived on his food all day. I had to chuck it out as it was a bit iffy by the time I got home. He did turn up later on and all is forgiven (I think).

Poor Toffee, he'll have forgiven you lotsofcats maybe not your OH! If Avi hasn't been spayed yet (sorry just can't remember - I know she was at the vets for cat flu last year) it looks like you won't have any problem catching spider

I've done similar things, like the time I was busy in the kitchen and Kiba-Khan was stood by the back door and I opened it and let him out!!! It took me all of 2 seconds to realise that he doesn't go out and I had to run after him. Luckily he stopped to sniff some grass. I must have been assuming he was the dog.

Not really wanted to increase my cat family to 8 but I have grown to love the smelly little boy and would gladly get him seen to at the vets to give him the chance of a better life. I wish the vets had been open and I could have made an attempt at grabbing Tay and bundling him in the cat carrier for a visit. Of course, he may have sown his wild oats and returned home!

Hope he is ok when he needs u he will be back they are like small elephants they never forget a kindness He came back!! Just before I went to bed at 20 to 11 I decided I would leave some kibble out, I opened the back door and there he was. Considering I hadn't seen him since early Sunday morning, he wasn't starving, although he was hungry. I was so, so relieved to see him. My sister-in-law put a post on CPL's Facebook page and had several replies about him. One said he looked like her parents' neighbour's cat and he's not neutered and is a bit scruffy. She mentioned a street where they live and I went with my daughter last night to investigate as she said that if he went through her parents' garden he would come out on the lane where he was seen hanging around previously. It's a good walk from my house for a little cat. The woman then posted and said she'd sent the pic of Tay to her parents and they said it's definitely the neighbour's cat. Why would they let him get in such a state if it is? He was starving when he first turned up. He is still dirty, smelly and scruffy. I fed him twice a day all through April and most of May. I can't understand some people, if he is their cat, why don't they get him neutered?. Even if he is theirs I will still feed him when he comes around. I love that little cat - I must be a crazy cat lady!

I was reading that and u have so many iffs the same ones I have been asking for years I think they don't seem to care much about him if they did he would at least be fed there is a lot of people that don't believe in taking cats to the vet they won't spend the money on CATS kidnapp him for a month see who comes looking for him
