Thank you everyone for your input and suggestions. Unfortunately we are still battling this problem following most of your suggestions. Think only thing I've not done yet is the crate or medication. Although I have noticed now its usually 20mins into the journey he is sick & he is never sick on the way back...which is odd. Hopefully he will find travelling easier as he gets older
