Animals I love: all animals apart from bugs
Pets I own: a 2yrs 2 months 11 days old syrian hamster and 2 abbysian guinea pigs who are a month and 5 days old

So basically my Syrian hamster (2yrs 2 months 14 days old) has a white haze in the middle of his eye (only one not the other) which also bulge out a lot when I scruff him and occasionally when he climbs up my hands why is this? is anything wrong? is it just old age?

I'm not an expert on hamsters but it sounds like a cataract. I;d advise taking him to a vet to confirm this in case it's something else or a symptom of another disease.
