She will be back where she belongs I have 2 of mine right next to me on the shelf, hope you feel happier tomorrow, her spirit is right there with you x I have a lovely photo too, on each little casket ( not everybody's cuppa tea, but it gives me comfort having them there )

Kiara is still & will always be Kiara in your mind & memories, cleocleo01. Its a sad reminder of their passing when you pick up the ashes but also a comfort. Our Chloe loved scratching on a buddleia trunk so a friend gave me some buddleias (Black Knight) to commemorate her passing. About a year after she was pts we had our garden revamped & the buddleias were finally planted & one was planted near the back door. We scattered her ashes in the hole before the plant was put in - it has grown well & its nice that she will always be part of her favourite plant If we ever move a few cutting will be taken to go with us.

You will be sad when you get Kiara's ashes but she will be back with you where she belongs. She will always be in your heart and memories. I love tonib's post above and thought that was a wonderful idea - if you do something similar it would be a lovely tribute to Kiara.

Hi All. It was an emotional day yesterday but I feel more at peace now. I have a lovely cat door stop figure with Kiaras collar on, sat on the top of the scratchpost in her favourite spot. The crematorium gave me a card with a beautiful verse on it which I will try and share with you. I am going to put some ashes in a small pendant vial and attach it to her collar. The rest will go in the garden with some yellow gerberas to match her eye colour ?. Cleo is by my side all the time and we have cuddles when I cry. When I feel stronger I am going to put a memory book together with all her photos... Thank you all for your amazing posts and support.. ive realised how much I loved this forum xx Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
