Hello everyone, My Earl eats very quickly, causing him to cough and snuffle and basically make lot's of weird noises. His stomach also churns sometimes, which didn't look like a good sign. I was wondering if GREEN Dog Feeder was any good for greedy dogs like Earl who eat fast. Has anyone had experience with GREEN? Any comments would be helpful. It is also supposed to stimulate the dog as well as feeding safely and slowly. It wouldn't work with raw meat as well as kibble, but that doesn't matter becaue I feed Earl kibble. Thank you in advance!

BT that Green feerder looks just the right idea to slow Earl's scoffing down!

Well I never, you learn something new everyday Never heard or even seen anything like this before. Beau used to eat fast, untill we put a ball in with his food, that sorted him out, now he doesnt scoff it down any more

There was an advert for one in the January YD magazine. Was the first time I had seen one. I like the idea for making fed time more of a challenge.

PF and Gladys, I have a treat ball for Jasper which I put his kibble in. He pushes it around and as only a few pieces fall out at a time so he can't gulp it. Might be more Brachy friendly

Thanks charlottte, we done have a treat ball and Cooper loves it. Although he gets really frustrated when there is only one bit of kibble left and it wont come out!! It actually comes in handy when we stay somewhere new as Cooper can be put off his food for a few days when we go away somewhere that is different. Especially if he has to eat in the kitchen (hate kitchen noise from puppy, long story) so a teat ball instead makes him settle down and stops me from worrying that his not eating.

Earl would just sit back and whine at a treat ball if he had one
