chantel, you will be horrified to hear that 13 guinea pigs were found dumped in a lane in Cardiff in a crate. Luckily they were recovered safely and are being treated for mites. I just read it on my local news online pages. People can be sooo cruel. Selfish , hope what goes around comes around to them 🤬 |

I just read it on my local news online pages. omg 😢it’s just heartbreaking 💔 I know that rescue centres are getting really over crowded because people are just handing in their pets because they can’t afford to look after them. but there is still no excuse to dump them , thank goodness that they were found and now been taken care of 🙏 |

Found my phone. I would have bet money that it was in my bedroom. I have a cushion in the back of my car and it has been on the floor for a while. I picked it up this morning and underneath in an Asda's carrier was my phone and purse with over £20 in it.

I had a fright late Saturday evening. I was in the living room with the 3 indoor cats when I heard a buzzing noise. This huge 'thing' was in the window. The cats were all interested - I pushed them out of the way and called my hubby to come and get it. We always keep a plastic pot and a card to help catch spiders and bees etc, - it would only just fit! It was like an extra long wasp, but a bit furry and brown and black striped and at least an inch and a half long. Hubby said after perhaps he should have killed it in case it was one of those Asian Hornets. I googled and it didn't really look like one of them.

Such a sad day at work yesterday , our 2 lovely nurses left 🥲one of the nurse’s has been there for over 21 years.
It’s also sad to know that they won’t be the only ones to go .
It feels like a sinking ship at the moment, how one person can change a place 🥲when I started working there it was the place everyone wanted to work, such a lovely little team 🥲
Our reception manager is retiring too in September, she’s been there for 41 years it will be sad to see her go too 🥲

Unfortunately they are not advertising for another reception manager cazypops it’s a shame because I would have applied for it., it’s a group practice and they no longer have a reception manager just receptionists and a support practice manager although we don’t even have a support manager at the moment she is on long term sick 😕its a shame though I would have fancied it. |
