l sympathise with you lotsofcats l had same problem with my left shoulder , l couldnt lift my arm at all. Ended up getting a physio in
As NHS just gave me sheets of paper with exercises to do, and acupuncture once. I had 2 gold injections ( thats showing my age using those words 🤭 )
Took a couple of months but he got me sorted , and re aligned my spine AND told me l had one leg shorter than the other 🤣🤣

lotsofcats, I still get a bit of discomfort in my ribs, and I injured them before Christmas too.

Just take it easy lotsofcats hope your arm gets better soon. I'm suffering with my thighs 😫 since the gym,they ache so much when I bend or try and sit down 😂I too need to be careful, I went on a exercise bike but the seat was very hard and the bottom of my back was really aching yesterday 😫 |

Brrrrrr house is still freezing , still waiting on the New Boiler, its a damp morning here , quite different from yesterday
I got up on 10th Jan and only to find my boiler spewing water out everywhere.
When I got to work, I got on line and ordered a new boiler. I was fitted 12th Jan. No messing and the price wasn't too bad either. |

Well switched my phone on this morning to find a tiny green light in the middle , right of the fold ,on the screen, never seen it before .
I only got it on the 11th November , so not even 3 months old yet🙈and I am so careful with it,never been dropped.
Hubby seemed to think it was a screen fault 🤔
So we took it to the 02 shop who told me that it was dead pixel 🙈i’v never even heard of this before 🙈
Normally caused by physical damage,water damage, electrical fault 🙈
Anyway it’s been sent off to be repaired, so back to using my own phone for now.
