Interesting - I'd had a similar problem with posting a description of a photo on Your Cat - the apostrophe was the problem - when I eventually resubmitted without it was fine. Perhaps a warning ought to be posted on their entry pages.

I guess sometimes errors can happen. One of the first few days on the Your Dog Advent Calendar, I was unable to enter until after I returned from school! (after about a 6 hour period). It was all jumbled up. It was probably just a technical error occurrence. This might have been for some.

same issue here, the advent calender has had chunks moving about more than once. However the entry seemed to work. I did have a weird situation when I got email from your cat confirming registration for newsletter. I had not entered cats competition!!  lol. I unsubscribed!! |

Maybe it depends on the browser, I'm on Google Chrome and haven't had one problem with it this year.

I am on Safari and had the same problems as you, however the weird advent calendar day wouldn't let me enter until after school. I unsubscribed to the YC newsletter too, and emailed them. James was a little clueless! Nice to know my email hadn't just been hacked!! I also got an email from 'Dogzer' the other day saying my 'account' had requested a new password… I'm not even on 'Dogzer'!  They did say on the email however that if it wasn't me just ignore the mail, so I did. What browser are you using Caz? |

Interesting - I had one from Your Dog which I thought was possibly due to having tried the YD calendar when there were problems & found that Chrome worked & IE didn't & accidently submitted a form thinking it was Your Cat. However I saw a forum (cat) friend today who said she got one from YD as well. Looks like there has been a bit of a mix up. I'll let James know. |

So glad it wasn't just me that somehow managed to sign up for the Your Cat newsletter! Obviously a system glitch! I've unsubscribed too as I don't have a cat, and never can have one due to Pepper and Ellie's anti cat stance! |

There was a message on the YC facebook page (so I didn't email James) but just looked & couldn't see anything similar on the YD one though. I wonder if they are aware it worked the other way round ( Your Pet) |
