Welcome to the forum lynn, hope you enjoy it here. If you need any help with how to do anything on the forum don't hesitate to ask, we don't bite. We'll look forward to hearing (& seeing?) more of your feline family. I'm Toni with 4 rescue cats aged between 4 & 14. I've always had dogs ( as a child to early 20s) & now adult cats so never had the joys (?) of a kitten, although your description reminds me of other stories posted on this forum & its predecessor Mind you it is a ginger - a favourite of mine

Welcome to the forum Lynn.
Hope you enjoy it on here. I am sure your little kitten will calm down around the age of a year.

Hi Lynn. Gingers are the best boys. Wait until he grows up. They are so loving. My ginger, Alfie, is in disgrace at the moment because he stayed out all last night and came home at 8am this morning. He is grounded to prevent the same thing happening tonight, and sulking like mad.

Poor Alfie camorris. wonder what kept him out all night. It must have been worrying for you after his last escapade.

Welcome! I Helen and owned by 3 moggies, Lulu, Gus and Jake. I also foster for Cats Protection. We once had a mad ginger and white kitten. They do calm dwn eventually, and once he's neutered, i bet he wont do anything but cuddle!

Hi lynn and welcome to the pet forum. Sorry that you lost your cat last year - it is hard to come to terms with. It is also hard to resist a kitten!!! A ginger one! they are mad and naughty (but gorgeous) as you have found out. I had 2 kittens 2 years ago and they were so naughty, ripping the wallpaper, scagging the curtains and armchairs etc..they are 2 years old now and still naughty, but not quite as bad.
I'm Jenny and I have 7 cats and 2 dogs and love them all to bits. I hope to see some photos of your kitties soon.
