Yeah from experience, Pets at Home will take back any litter if you need them too, and sometimes they will help with neutering or extra cages if you require.

bubbles87 please do keep us updated, I would really like to know whether your girly is pregnant even though I haven't been a help in this situation. Sorry, I don't have experience with pregnant Guinea Pigs, I had two girls you see until on sadly passed and the other had to be PTS at the vest due to a lump on her leg, disabling her to pee right. We got them 'second hand' from someone who was already their owner but was selling them. He had already had them sexed, so he just told us. I think he was right... they never had babies... or they might have been boys with girls names lol!

Well it has been a false call, Elphaba isn't pregnant she is just a chubby GP well at least 100g heavier than Letticia. They are both healthy females so no babies will be arriving no matter how cute they would have been, it would have been the difficulty to give them up lol. Apparently its normal for litter mates to be different in weight I just didnt think it would have been to the extent of 100g lol. Thank you everyone for all your help and input its all been much appreciated PS does anyone know where I could get a wee house/bed/hide for the inside of the girls hutch that they could both fit in at the same time which would leave them some room to move? As comical as it can be watching them try fit in the same place its a wee shame and Im struggling to find anything. Help?

Well at least you know she isn't pregnant now just a bit chubby hehe . Also I think they both will be able to fit in this one it does look quite big link I just used to have a normal igloo one like this link for my 2 and they used to both fit in it, can be a bit of a squeeze though so something bigger is better!

There's 'pigloos' in Pets at Home, both my adult boys can fit under one, although they have 2 for the option www.petsathome.com/shop/guinea-pig-igloo-by-savic-115425

If you have had them for 7 weeks and they were together before that - and "assuming" they have been together since the "start" - if not, then around 5 weeks, sold from 6/7 weeks, then she would have been pregnant before you got her, and she would be about ready to pop now. So i think its safe to say she ISNT pregnant. Even if she has just one or two if she was pregnant, you would know - she would be very rounded, and you would be able to feel baby/babies moving around inside her now - just apply a little pressure to the side of her tummy (or both hands either side) and wait a minute - you will KNOW if you feel a little something wriggling/kicking inside of her.
I think youre pretty safe
