With 58% brown rice and 24% lamb meal burns is not exactly meat rich!
It is however designed to be easy to digest.

But it does suit him and he is thriving on it. Earl was on Burns puppy as a puppy; it was his first solid food. Wish I'd stayed with it as he's never had any problems with it. Yes, I am also glad we have! This morning he still left some Symply in his bowl, but ate all the Burns. He usually eats the lot, you know Earl. Well he's definitely proved his point and I am looking forward to weening him onto Burns fully as he is still having it mixed now. |

BT, if Earl is leaving the Symply, then he's essentially already on Burns! He leaves most of the Symply. He ate it all last night and all this morning but has been leaving it for the past week except those days. Even if he leaves the Symply, he is not having the full amount of Burns food like he would if he was fully on Burns. But yes your absolutely correct! The only food that is entering his system in the Burns food when he leaves the Symply. And he has been fine with it. Brilliant actually. Ah, that's some good news He'll be on full Burns in no time at all. |

That's what I was thinking, lol. You'll be able to move him over a lot sooner if he's mostly eating the Burns and leaving the Symply. It's good that he's enjoying it |
