How are your buns coping in the heat? Mine are stretched out as long as they can reach, cooling themselves on the ceramic tiles we've given them. A soaked tea towel draped over the sides of the run helps too, when the breeze blows through it cools them.
I've also been soaking their pellets in water, just to make sure they take in as much fluid as possible. I might do this all the time from now on.
My bunnies are all out in their runs, with ice pods and frozen juice bottles to lie against. The also have wet sheets on top of the runs to let the breeze through. They seem to be coping better than the other animals!
I thought wetting the pellets was only for ill bunnies, I can see how it would get fluid in them as well though. Mine aren't really getting pellets just now though, hay, grass and juicy veg is enough for them.
