..... And??? Am I misunderstanding this? They should not simply leave it there just because it would cause no harm. They still put you through buying and revealing something inappropriate in cat food! They should at least do something to show they are apologetic! (If they are apologetic...)
Edit: And at the end of the day, there was a flaw in their product! Aren't they bothered that that could possibly put someone off their product for the foreseeable future, because of this??
Chris - has there been a response to the dog food in my bag of rabbit nuggets? I posted several weeks ago now. You said it had been passed on to be tested. It's time for me to buy rabbit food, so basically, I'd like a reply please. Are you going to get my order of 30kg of rabbit nuggets or is somewhere else going to get it? I have been patient but there's been no reply.
And just got this back...
I am so so sorry, this was my fault. I thought I had replied to this, as I had heard back from the factory about this from our Q&A team but I've checked and it's still outstanding. Sorry
We've spoken to the supplier and after reviewing what you sent through, this is a wheat based kibble which has been held up within the system from a previous production run of another product by the same supplier and unfortunately has then been picked up on a later batch.
All production is flushed through at the end of each production batch but occasionally a stray kibble can stick within the system and then be transferred into a later batch of product. As most manufacturers use the same machines to process different products - I'm a nut allergy sufferer, so it certainly causes me restrictions on what I can have as a result.
The supplier has confirmed that this would cause no harm to your pet in eating this however we understand that this is not ideal and we're working with the supplier to prevent this from occurring again through improvements in regular cleaning protocols to minimise and eliminate all points where kibbles may become contaminates.
Thanks and once again, so sorry for the delay coming back to you.

So although they didn't offer to send a voucher like I'd hoped (hehe) they have apologised, so I'm happy.
Saying that, I have found nuggets with a higher fibre content for a cheaper price on Amazon, so P@H aren't getting my business anymore when it comes to bunny food.
