Ooooo, what is switch ZiggyTommy? Good luck! Limp is a good trick and often used in heelwork to music/canine freestyle routines!

Yes you're both right You teach the dog to put a paw on each foot and walk forward with them like that. It looks more like a waddle than a walk And ahh cool! I did my driving test in Brandon and my cousins both went/go to Johnsons Sixth Form. My head of year for year 11 actually left us to be assistant head at Johnsons (Mr.Weaver?) Yes Charlotte, Mr Weaver is still a Durham Johnston and a popular teacher too

Jessie99 It's when he crosses his paws while lying down.
I shall have to start writing a summer list too and that's ages away!

Oh right ZiggyTommy, well I say Criss and Cross for my Westie! Criss is left paw over right paw and Cross is obviously right paw over left paw! McCuddles - No problem, always happy to help! Which tricks are you looking into teaching/training then?

Hello AL, Dotty knows a lot already but there's still room for a lot more. Only had a quick look at kikopup yesterday but just from what I saw cross paws and limp. I had started trying to jump into my arms before she got a leg injury but that's healed now so we can go back to that. Also want to teach her weave through legs and jump through arms. Sometimes I look at her and then at videos of border collies on you tube and think "why aren't you that bouncy?!", I know it's not fair to compare But I think some of those dogs are spring loaded lol. Good luck to all in your teachings and training

AL I do criss and cross! Not quite got Criss down yet but we're still in training And Mr.Weaver was my favourite teacher. The day we and he left he gave some of the pupils his little mini plastic Zombie collection, I got the Zombie Dog He then gave us all a barbecue after our Leavers Assembly! He also loved to take the mick out of charvs, which was always funny. Was al in. Good fun though

Also for dog tricks someone posted this on my Uni Fb page Impressive but not sure I'd be teaching the flipping/vaulting (or whatever it's called )

Could try reversing through your legs/ walking backwards through your legs.
I've just taught Tess to lift her back paw on command. Now working on the other one.

Really good video Charlotte, love it! Very impressive tricks shown their but I personally would most likely not train the jumping/flipping backwards thing as my uncles GSD had to be put down aged 5 years old due to this trick - poor Max broke his back - It is a good trick but after this accident I personally wouldn't want to risk it with any of my dogs or future dogs. I also wouldn't train picking up the coins and putting them in a cup in case the dog swallowed the coins. Other than that, brilliant tricks! Well done to Tess, Labramation and to you of course! How do you teach that? As I have many many tricks that I still haven't taught Charlie Boy!

Yeah I've heard stories about dogs jumping up for sticks/balls and severely hurting their legs/backs from landing funny.
I did think that about the coins as well AL, I'd be wary of stuff like that.
