- On the web page you want to post as the link to copy the url
This can be done (in windows) by - highlighting the url in the browser url box
- Pressing Ctrl & C together
- Create the forum post you want to put the link into by which ever is appropriate of
- Create Thread
- Reply (not Quick Reply)
and position the cursor where you want the link to go
- Use the Insert Link button and a pop-up window will appear
- Highlight the text (http://) in the box labelled URL
- Paste the copied url in the Box
- Click in the box labelled Text
- Highlight the text (link) & type whatecver words you want to appear as the link name in your post e.g. click here.
Or you could just leave it as link
- Click on Create Link box
- Continue to type in your post as normal

- If you would like descriptive text showing in your post instead then

or delete the highlighted text & then paste the copied url in the Box - Click in the box labelled Text
