Animals I love: I am a big animal lover but i have a special place in my 💓 for Dogs and Cats.
Pets I own: I am owned by 2 Rough Collies 🐶🐶 called Riley and Elsa and a rescue Cat Freddy😻 and not forgetting the new additions Mabel 🐹and moonlight 🐹 I have previously owned 2 german spitz named Mitzi Moo and Phoebe my 2 little angelsxx gone but never forgotten xx
And my late rescue cat Sindy that I keep close to my heart ♥️

It was 26* when I was driving home from work .
I was at work all day yesterday and didn’t realise how warm it was until I went outside, it was nice and cool indoors, we have all got a desk fan 😊on our desks.

Thank fully it is much cooler today .
I feel really weak today- yesterday was just awful, I had to cover at work yesterday 🥵8-6 it was so warm and it was the worst day I had ever had in all the 5 years I have worked there.
I’m hoping it stays cool today , we slept with the fan on all night ,it was better for Riley and Elsa .
It is the first year that Elsa has suffered with the heat .mainly because she is now getting a proper thick coat.

Me too , I should be going to the gym tomorrow but it nearly killed me on Tuesday ☹️and my back was aching yesterday at work , first time since having my last steroid injection, I think it maybe due to the fact I was at work for a full day although I did keep getting up and having a walk.
But I did struggle with my back yesterday so don’t want to aggravate it at the gym .
