Im not sure if its just me but I find it hard to tell the Guinea pigs breeds n colour types I think my 2 sows are tortishell in colour but not 100% sure think Elphaba(long haired) is a Abyssinian and Letticia (smooth short haired) is an american/english guinea pigs. What is everyone elses thoughts

Yep, definitely an Abysinnian, I have one too I imagine Letticia is a mix of smooth breed guinea pigs, most pet shop smooth pigs are As for colours, I'd just say mixed colours, there's not a set name for the colours like in some animals. I see you are using shavings, they are quite back for small animals respiratory systems, especially guinea pigs. If you are able, I'd recommend switching to either Carefresh, Megazorb or simply hay

It was also what they were using in the shop. I will go tomorrow and get new stuff thats not a problem at all Thank you again lol

Don't worry, its one of those things that are cheap to produce and sell, so pets shops get good rewards from selling it. Even the dust extracted ones tend to be dusty, we had one who was so allergic his eyes would stream with tears. That's extreme, but it does get into their lungs.
You weren't to know, its pet shops trying to make money!
