Anyone know or understand the purpose of these items on this forum?
How do they relate to the forum, and what do you get out of them?
If you have one/some, what happens? Any different?

Hi BT, this is what the support info says:- They cost between $1 & $5 each. Basically they are just fun (?) for this forum, possibly more applicable to other types of forum, not sure they really add anything, just a facility that is available on all Proboards forums & helps raise money for Proboards especially as most of their forums are free. Although some facilities (such as ad-free) are paid for by the owners of the individual forums (in our case by BPG Media) I hope that helps a bit, probably not much though

It helps me loads thank you tonib! I personally like the sound of them - they seem like fun and would give the member receiving a sense of pride. I would like them better if they didn't cost however! I wonder if anybody uses/gives/has any??

I think they are just a way to make money. Why would I pay money to give someone a virtual cookie when they can't even eat it!!!
