This cat has been coming in my garden all night for the past 4 days, obviously very hungry. It's been through my bins and last night my son gave it 3 pouches of my expensive wet food (he was the one who previously told me not to feed the strays, neither is he a cat person, but I think I have converted him). I have posted his photo on social media but no response. Maisie has kissed noses but also hissed at it, but haven't seen Tabitha's reaction yet as she hasn't been able to go out for 4 days as she had an abcess on her tail from a cat bite. So not sure what the long term plan is, I really can't afford any more. I've named him Joe (not sure if it is a boy though) He does have a striking resemble to Buddy.   |

It's really hungry, very friendly cat. Maisie hasn't really bothered with him.  |

do you have any lost & found organisations in your area that might be able to catch it & get it checked for a microchip littlekitty? It might be hungry but it doesn't look too thin so has only be lost a short while or is fending for itself normally. |

I have a friend who has a scanner so going to check for a chip when I get it. Poor thing was out in the rain all night but don't want to keep it inside just in case he has a home |

Gosh, he is like Buddy. Glad you are feeding him. I hope you find his owner. poor thing always seems hungry unlike Batman who just comes for a few dreamies, a quick play then off he goes. |

he is gorgeous , so loving and affectionate. Maisie has hissed at him but Tabitha is scared of him. Just got to wait for my friend to arrive with the scanner to see if he was chipped.
*update*
well Lil Joe isn't chipped or neutered, he's just come early and had 3 pouches of food. going to try and get a paper collar on him see if we get any response. other than that unsure what to do with him. Maisie has kind of accepted him, but Tabitha is very wary of him and runs away.
