My lovely ginger ninja Toffee is 14 years old today (a guesstimate birthday). He's certainly mellowed in his old age and he seems to really love Kobi, he always goes up to him and rubs his head against him. All Toffee can think of is food so his present is treats and I might get him some steak, he will like that. He loves the meaty stick treats. , on Flickr

Of course gingers are handsome tonib - I am biased too. I didn't have time to go to the shops to buy steak for Toffee so I got a piece of my cod out of the freezer and he had that all to himself. I used to have more time to pop in Asda before I went to work. Due to the 20mph speed limit in Wales I just about get to work on time.

lotsofcats, we are going to Wales in July for a few days. Is it all of Wales and every road that is 20 mph?
We'll be in a minibus, and my OH is the dedicated driver. He won't be happy if he has to drive all the way down to Pwhelli at 20mph.

It's can't be all Roade surly it's possible through towns I think here I. Ireland they talking about 15 k which would be a tad over 10 mph through towns and 50k a tad over 40mph on open roads which would finish any long journeys

We'll be in a minibus, and my OH is the dedicated driver. He won't be happy if he has to drive all the way down to Pwhelli at 20mph. Residential roads are 20mph. Then there are other roads that are marked 30 on one part, 20 on another and then 40 on another part!!! It's all very confusing. We are told to assume it is 20mph in residential areas and with lampposts close to each other. Then there are roads where the council hasn't bothered to put a sign up at all. Your OH will be swearing! There are drivers that obey the rule and others that don't. On the road where I live it is 20mph, it is the main route to a school, it's fairly narrow with no pavements so you'd think drivers would be going 20mph - no chance, they are not even going 30! and it's the parents and teachers that are the culprits. I read that a driver won't get booked for doing up to 26mph. 20mph also seems to encourage tailgaters.

It also caused a lot of road rage too.

No, it's not a recent pic chantel, just a favourite one. I'll find a recent one. Ginger cats are lovely. I love Toffee to bits but I am not his favourite person, he definitely prefers everyone else to me!!
